Dear visitors and members,
This year I didn't pay the increased charges to the forum platform provider to keep this place free of advertising unitl now.
Thus - if you don't use the full verison of an antivirus-software with highest anti banner and web security settings - unfortunately you will find our forum filled with ugly and extremly boring advertising.
I am very sorry for any inconvenience.

Hi Michael,

No distraction at all, the forum's interesting contents simply overrides the adverts, look at it on the good side, adverts in this forum may mean that it's a popular blog. Nice scenery, for those of us living in the tropics, how we wish that on some days we could have a cold, rainy and misty German morning!
