A CM seller gifted me a TO1D in two pieces as a repair project. Three legs were broken near the body, th20210912_120434-1.jpg - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)e right rear had snapped off at the juncture with the base.

This lion had also chipped an 'elbow' and the upper tail extention was broken. But it seemed worth saving as the shape was good and horns etc were intact.20210912_120645-1.jpg - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)20210912_120920-1.jpg - Bild entfernt (keine Rechte)

2 other 5 tical TO1D's in the last pic, 80 & 81 gms.

I have only five Toe 1D weights in my collection.
These are two 10 tical weights and three weights at 5 tical.

The 10 tical (154 grams) "fat guy" is very worn, but an interesting compact weight with a lot of lead re-adjustment between lion and base.

Another 10 tical (155 grams) with nice natural patina is also worn but in better condition. The 9 ray star is still visible.

The best T1D weight that remains in our collection is a 5 tical (78 grams) with stepped base and a single row of beads around the chest.

Another 5 tical (76 grams) is very worn with greenish incrustations.

No. 5 is the only one with a double row of beads. 5 tical (80 grams), in good condition, the 9 ray star is barely visible.

Nice ones Michael. The stocky 10 is unusual.
Here's a couple more TO1D's. The 20 has a two-tone finish and as you can see the 5 on the yellow rug a short neck and a fat tail.
The double circle on one of the 5's seems to have morphed into a shamrock. Irish trade routes?
