Dear friends, members and visitors,
let me use this possiblility to show you some pictures from a hidden treasure, the BANGKOK INSURANCE MUSEUM.
I've got the chance to visit this great collection in late October this year. They were so friendly to let me in, even if the museum was already closed. So I was very lucky to be the only one visitor and got time to watch the impressive exhibition of artefacts of ancient Thai ceramics, 2.500 to 10.000 years old prehistoric pottery, bronze ware (800 to 2.500 years old) and a great collection of Burmese and Lan Na animal-shaped weights. A pleasure to watch this exhibition.
