Mollat: To 1A (Gear Group 5)
seems to be genuine. Nice! Worth to be cleaned a bit? (Prior to 1600)

Hintha 2A (Gear Group 4I)
a very nice piece. According to the photo it seems to be genuine. The mass (over 300 g) is a bit high. (Age about 1680)

Pyu 1 Viss (Gear Group 6)
According to my expirience this pumpkin- (Pyu-) weight with a stone core is a (very nice) imitation. These stone core weights (typical is a pegmatite!) are widespread and were offered to me in Birma already in 1981. Characteristic is that the bronze (or brass) cover is always opened, so that the "extraordinary" make is well visible.

In fact it is not logic using a stone (specific weight under 3) instead of lead or bronze (spec. weight nearly 9!). Therefore, the mass of the stone-pumpkin-"weight" is too low and far from the mass required.

Hintha 2C (Gear Group 4E)
sleeping duck – perfect small weights. Opposite to Gear I think it to be issued about 1730. Which mark is under the base of the small weights?

Good pieces, as they should be, absolutely "normal"! Nothing "special".
2 and 1 Tk to the right, my type H2C (Gear Group 4, Ea). Octogonal base, the first Hintha of the higher standard of 16,3 g/Tk, 6star mark. I think it has been issued about 1730 (Gear described a 2 Tk weight of this type showing the year 1101 (=1739) engraved under the base. It will indicate a minimum age).
The 2 Tk weight to the left belongs to the H3 forms (Gear approx. 2D). 19th century. New standard. Hexagonal base which probably came into use after the square base Chinthe (Bodawpaya time?). 6star mark. Perfect!

The pumpkin weight looks terrific to me (at first sight, for weeks).
BUT, this pumpkin has 4 head knobs (max. 3) and ears (for lions).
So I have never seen a pumpkin with ears and 4 head knobs.
Immitations have "big black" on them. The surface of the weight is made some rough by putting some "fire" on it.
Many weights made in this way are now for sale (or sold) on E-Bay.
The black is everywhere the same ! IMPOSSEBLE, it should be (more) off at the bottom or where you hold it with your hand.
There is a simple way for the owner for looking if it is really a "bad" bird:
Rubbing with a cotton sock on the broken part: Dark yellow or whitish ??
Whitish: than look with a loup for small holes ??

The pumpkin on page 49 book Gear is a good one. I have about the same. Checked !

Lion Gear 1385-1423
Your lion is a perfect one ! I will show a better picture of it. Everything is according Gear (exept for some lines on the base/little unknown).
It should not be cleaned again. The man who cleaned it (with scrap paper/that's why it looks to some factory made) should be put in jail for a few days !
